あるときから以下のエラーが出るようになる。これまではエラーなしでVMは起動できていたのだけどなんでだろ？Windows Updateの影響？

ネットで対処法を調べると、Hyper-Vを明示的に無効化すれば解決するらしい。
以下の手順でHyper-Vを無効化する。
1. OptionalFeatures.exeを実行してHyper-Vをアンチェックする。
2. 管理者権限でコマンドプロンプトを開いて以下を実行する。
